We're in NYC this week to participate in the RETHINK V3 Digital Marketing Conference. The event, focused on the auto industry, brings together auto dealer groups, Googlers and digital marketing pros from around the country. Tons of great speakers, networking, and best practices. Even got a mini behind the scenes tour of the Google office, where approx 5,000 Googlers work. While we're gathering a ton of info to take back and implement with our clients, wanted to share some "micro moments" from each presenter to get you to RETHINK your approach to marketing. Enjoy!

“Third party lead providers suck. You’re fired.” This is more than just a quote from a marketing manager for a Ford dealer who partners with PUK Digital— this is a proclamation of his disappointment with the failure of his third party lead providers to produce the same quality leads that he was able to achieve through the dealership’s own digital, lead generation efforts. 

As I sit this morning drinking my coffee, I begin reflecting on the origins of PUK Digital. The story, I think, is one worth blogging about as it will help you to understand what drives us. “Beyond third parties” first came to mind. While it started as a phrase, it’s grown to mean much more. It’s a mantra that fuels us and serves to power us to do more for the auto dealerships we are marketing for. Unlike third parties, who focus on leads, our aim is to go further and generate results.
